Tim Ard, Owner Operator

Tim comes from a Military background where he spent 9 1/2 years in the Army National Guard with various military occupational specialties. Tim spent 15 years as Head Surgical Tech at North Florida Animal Hospital expanding his managerial and leadership skills.

In 2016, Tim and his Wife created CORE Property Management. Tim has over 5 years’ experience under his belt in the Tallahassee market and he has developed a love for real estate and property management.
