I really only have good things to say about CORE. We are so glad to have found them during our apartment search last year! The property we live on is beautiful and is obviously well-kept by the owners. Maintenance is extremely communicative and responsive. From branches falling into the yard during storms to interior work (like getting a ventilation fan in the bathroom because we expressed concerns with surface mold building), tasks get addressed and completed quickly. We've not felt any hesitation in bringing up concerns we have or asking questions, as we've sensed the owners are honest and always willing to hear us out.

Overall, everyone I've come in contact with on the staff has been great. Thank you CORE for having such a great team of people! We are happy tenants!

This is my first year renting a house through CoreRPM after living in different apartments my first three years in school. All I can say is that I wish I lived at a CoreRPM property sooner.
