Miranda joined STRUCTURE as director and broker of the new Residential Property Management division, STRUCTURE Property Management, LLC; September 2012. Four years later with the support of her friends, family, and STRUCTURE FAMILY she and her Husband Tim Ard, created CORE Property Management.
Tim comes from a Military background where he spent 9 1/2 years in the Army National Guard with various military occupational specialties. Tim spent 15 years as Head Surgical Tech at North Florida Animal Hospital expanding his managerial and leadership skills.
Marissa joined CORE in early 2021 as Administrative Assistant, which lead her to become CORE’s Marketing Specialist, and eventually promoted to Property Manager.
